Does anyone else craft stuff and rename it and use it for something entirely different than the original purpose?

I started putting Ascii art on item names, and advertising and souvenir slogans on t-shirts, like this:

as the name of a crafted short sleeve shirt.

Or

A shirt hung above a sword in my vendor room named:

Offering 3CR each Wooley Hide! Also need Bone


That led me to doing other 'displays', at first just combinations like sets of cloths...then it hit me...two things dropped nearby so that they appear to be touching can appear to be something ELSE entirely than what they are 'supposed' to be, and I can call them ANYTHING I WANT !!

Thus came to be the Zabrackian Still:

A torch dropped into a Health Pack A next to a Clothing +1 Scent Masking unit, next to a Action Pack A...only the parts are 'Heat Overload Release Valve' on the 'Zabrakian Sludge Incubator' next to the 'Fermentation Frozenator' next to the 'Tri-moon Jack Storage Tank'

So I'm thinking--Art Form! I'm Thinking NO NEW CODE...I'm thinking I'm about ta get laughed at. So what do ya'll think? Too stupid for words or what?

Well as a sculptor in RL I think this is a great idea! I was actually thinking of opening an art gallery outside of theed just the other day. But what stopped me was not knowing if people would like that. Guess I'll set it up anyway! Hehe keep making art!

I have been doing this since I first started seeing crafters wares...

I would buy 4 torches named simple with a period ( . )

then buy 4 bird cages (They are good for something) and have them named "Torch Stand" ....

Drop the torch and the "stand" in the same spot and viola ..the torch looks much better... I

I have also used fireworks as stands (you dont actually see the stick on the Firework)....

I drop woundpacks, and rotate so that the hoses are connected to other items, Like a armor crafter as stated above, but also drop some stamina/strength wound packs named "Empty Beer Keg" (they have that metal jacketing ) and name the station " Beer Chiller "

there are all sorts of things you can do..

One of the funniest I have seen, was a fish head sticking out of a wall....facing you... had armor segment as the plaque and the fish head sticking out... that looked badass
