Droids are now requiring batteries to use the medical and crafting modules and to perform most functions. They do not seem to be recharging in the datapad. I've sold quite a few crates of batteries already. Finally something Artisans can sell a lot of!

is that how it works?

Always wondered what Batteries are for and now I know. I think I will get some and drop them in my D7Z0

Batteries also heal mind wounds on droids...

From my experiences batteries aren't needed for crafting, I've had times I could experiment on my droid but not heal wounds with it for example, and I have yet to find a time when I can't experiment with it.

With flat batteries droids wont:

- offer medical support

- group

- fight

but will

- follow you

- offer crafting support

- store items

There's been some weirdness with my crafting droid. Sometimes I won't have all my "crafting station required" schematics, but I'll still get the screen to choose between making a prototype item and a schematic. Every time this has happened, recharging my droid seems to make the missing schematics appear.

You have sold a lot of batteries prolly due to a current bug I know of....

If you have a crafting droid, and don't store him when you log, it stays active the entire time you are logged. I have done this for a few days now, some nights storing it and some nights not. Everytime I don't store it, and log back in the next day, it is low on power.. :/

yeah i'm always doing this myself too.. gaaah.. *smacks forehead*
