Thread: Fair price for renting someone elses lots?

I met a guy who wasn't using any of his lots and I tried to convince him that he should. I gave him 3 pers min harvestors and enough power and maintenance for 2days, and we agreed to split the first 2days harvest 50:50. He doesn't want the hassle of looking after them, nor does he want to sell resources. What would be a fair rent for me to pay to him per day for 3 static lots? In case it varies they are on Chimeara server on Talus.

I guess it depends on how much of a hassle it is for the guy- I use my friend's lots all the time, and usually trade them something (like a vehicle or droid) for thier effort, since I take care of everything and all they have to do is drop the harvestors for me.

I think the going rate is 20K per week for 10 lots(that are never moved) if that helps.

I pay people about 5k per lot per week on farstar but that does include the ability to get them moved.
