Thread: A little help with macros
1+1=2 is pretty much the formula.
If you are using generic crafting units and you are away from a crafting station just go into your schematic data and count from the top left to right and skip any schematic that you can't make with whatever crafting tool you are using. (Remember that the first schematic is 00). Once you get used to the setup of how to count them...it still sucks.
Thanks for the help guys.... not sure what you mean - left to right -- so, you'll be going from generic to clothing to weapons for instance? For example the first item listed in generic would be 1 the first item listed in clothing will be 2 and the first item listed in weapons will be 3?

Hello,
Is there a formula for figuring out what number your draft schematic is? I spend hours to figure it out, only to have it change when I level -- is there a trick to this?
Thanks,
Seenqa
For finding your schematic number, use this.

From Candleman:
Create a macro and name it whatever you want. I call mind Sel. You can name it Finder iguess.
/ui action toolbarSlot00
/sel 147
That is it. First line selects the crafting tool you should have in slot00. The second line selects the item 147 in your Data Schmatics(in your datapad). This is the last one i had to do so your number will most likely be different. Each item that you can make is in your data Schmatics tab of your datapad. They all are numbered 0 - XXX. We don't know what that number is. That is why we run this macro. You will need to run the macro. If you arn't close, changethe /sel # and try again, and again, and again. sometimes it takes several tries. Remember that you see more of them when you are near a crafting stations. Remember your number, you will need it in the rest of the macros.
