Just made Engineering 3 & calculate I need just under 25000XP to make Master Artisan (I have over 500 Apprenticeship XP) so was wondering if any of you helpful people could give me a few hints on getting the XP I need?

Ihave a few scout skills so am able to harvest bones/hide if Bone Armor is the way to go!!

The way I did it was to grind water survey tools. They only use 27 units of one resource (metal) and give 57 exp a pop. If you're a little more impatient or have the money to do so, I'd go with making Harvesters. They take more resources (Metal, steel, aluminum, ore, I cant really remember. hehe) but they give around 450exp per harvester. So yeah, it all depends on what resources you have and how fast you want to get there. Happy grinding! =)

Yeah. I had the money to burn, so I blew through the resources and ground harvestors. 2 days is all it took for me to master artisan that way.

Yeah. Two days. I had to work, and sleep, and I spent a number of hours hanging out with my friends. I have a life outside of Mei's crafting. =P

I did bone armor for a while, but once I discovered harvesters, I never looked back.

What's more, once you can make the BER 4 ones, you can actually make a nice chunk o' change selling them. (Base Extraction Rate 4 is the same extraction rate as medium harvesters used to be, which lets you pull up about 5k resources per day on a 70-80% spot.)
