I bought a fusion harvester yesterday thinking it was used for energy harvesting, but all that it showed it could harvest was radio-actives.. but I don't know (or better put I was to tired to look through the mineral surveyor to see if it was listed there) which device to use.

also what is the best harvestor of energy?

First of all the Fusion Ion Generator (FIG) is the best way to get power. Now did you buy a harvester or a generator? You use your mineral survey tool to find radioactives to place your FIG. I have one and with one week of collecting power it supplies more than enough power for 5 heavies and 3 mediums for a week of operation.

Actually, those radioactives are energy. All you need is your normal mineral survey tool, and look for any class radioactive.

Just curious...what's the base extract rate on your fusion?

Just an "oh, by the way" - when the game tells you that it's severely detrimental to your health to manually sample the radioactive material, listen to it!
