Thread: Vendor not Initialized--HELP!
I had that problem. I was trying to initialize my vendor in my friends house and I had full admin but could not get the vendor to work. Then I tried by creating the vendor in my house and placing it in my friends. That didn't work either. What did work was when I declared residancy in my house, created my vendor and then placed it in my friends house. So the key for mine to work was declaring residancy. I don't know if you have done this or if I helped any but it's always worth a try. Good Luck.

Well, this was supposedly fixed awhile back but i guess not.
What i used to do is create the vendor and leave it in my inventory and go do some things for about 15 minutes or so and then come back and drop vendor. This worked almost every time, the times it didn't work i just logged off for about 15 minutes and it always worked after logging back in.
