How much should a surveyer charge? I've seen 1k/% min 50k. I was thinking that I could charge more for remote planets then the starter planets. Mayb I could do 500/% easy planet, 1k/% dangerous planet

I have 100k of copper, CD 992 and MA 940. I have it on my vendor for 7cpu. It's been a couple weeks since it disappeared so I'm thinking about trying to auction it off in a week or two. What do you guys think?

I'm also mining a source of ore that has 5 stats over 900, including HR of over 980. I have it on my vendor for 5cpu, how does that price sound? I'm thinking that I could auction it off for more in a month or so.

Firstly - there are a lot of different factors going into the price of resources. Personally, in my very successful business I sell every resource at 3 cpu unless it actually comes off of the vendor due to expiration, which in case I lower the price to 2cpu. I have sold nearly everything I have ever brought up that way. Of course, I am talking about a major operation with 90+ harvesters on 3 different planets.

A couple things to remember -

Certain stats are important to certain professions. The conductivity on that copper is fantastic, and would be great for making crafting tools, crafting stations and the like. However, it depends on the schematic whether people will buy it. Certain things need high OQ and conductivity don't mean a damn. Nothing (that I know of) actually needs a high MA stat, although some say it helps in critical failures.

That ore could be fantastic. As an architect, if it has UT, SR and HR over 900, I would buy that ore @ 5cpu. However, if any of those were under 800 I wouldn't even touch it.

Also, how much do you have of each? That can depend a lot for people looking to buy a large amount may pay more.

It also depends on server, traffic to your vendor and a miriad of other issues. If all else fails, auctioning it off won't be a bad idea.

I have 100k of the copper,
I have some of the ore on my vendor but I'm mining more. I have an order to fill but I should have over 100k units to sell by the time the spawn runs out.

Here are the stats...

CR 924
DR 900
HR 988
SR 964
UT 985

That is basically uber ore for architects. I would hold onto that until you gather a ton and auction it off on your server.

Thanks for the advice, I think I'll take it. I had 25k on my vendor but I took it off.
