How do you get the fiberplast panel that is needed for making the bone armour ? For some reason I can't figure it out.I have lots of fiberplast.

Same tool, Clothing and armor, then the clothing tab, and there should be an undercategory called, Clothing <something> there should be fiberplast panels and metal fastners.

you need to get a box or 2 in the domestic arts line (I'm sure it's just Dom. Arts I)
That will allow you to create fiberplast panels yourself.
