Ok,
New to shopping for vehicles in SWG and I have noticed that some vendors put a % on their vehicle deeds... such as Speederbike 91%.
What does this mean? Obviously its a factor in the vehicles performance, but does it make the vehicle faster, decay less or cost lest to repair?
Also, what is a good % to have? obviously the higher the better, but what can I expect to perform well.
Thanks for the help.

(Durability% * 15)+1000 is the HP of the speederbike or swoop. For a 91% bike, it should have (91*15=1365) 1365+1000=2365 HP.
For AV-21s and X34 Landspeeders, use 1500 instead of 1000. A 91% AV-21 would have 1365+1500=2865HP.
Margin of error is up to +14 HP. A 91.00% bike will be 2365HP as listed above or it might actually be a 91.99% vehicle. In the latter case, it is 91.99*15=1379.85, rounded down to 1379+1000=2379HP. However, all decimals are rounded down in vehicle creation, so a 91.99% swoop would still show up to the crafter as a 91% even though the HP are determined from the unrounded 91.99.
One problem with all this is that only the crafter sees these numbers and a buyer has no way of knowing what the durability/HP is of a vehicle just by looking at the deed. You have to undeed it and hover your cursor over the health bar then do a little math to determine if the seller is honest.

The problem with the % listed is that it might not be accurate. I once bought an AV-21 deed which the creator claimedit had 97% durability. It was 70% at best when I generated the deed. Nothing I could do about it since I couldn't see it's real % until the AV-21 was generated.
