and of course swoops. ok heres the deal, we have people who believe that a higher percent bike will decay at a lesser rate than a bike of a lesser percentage. they also believe these bikes cost less to repair.
my findings is that decay is at a fixed rate that is independent from percentage of the vehicle and the cost of repair is based on hit points recovered. the only benefit i see from higher percent bikes is more hit points thus takes a lil more ticks to reach 0.
anyone experiencing something different?

No, that seems to be the case. A swoop decays 25 HP when you call it, then 50 HP every so often while it's out (I'm not 100% sure, but it seems to be every 15-20m). Garage repair costs are a strict per-HP basis.
However, some people like higher HP bikes because they either want fewer trips to the garage (although for the same overall repair cost over time), deal with mobs that like to target bikes (nightsisters seem to be notoriously prone to attack swoops) so they want a better chance their bike will survive, or are of the "higher number 4 teh win" crowd, whether it's actually a real benefit or not.

It should tick every 10 minutes, that is what it was announced as when vehicles launched.

I sold the last of my 99% swoops earlier this week.
As the supply dwindled, I kept raising the prices in an effort to slow demand.
It didn't work.
I sold the last 8 of them for 100k each.
Now if I could just find some more of that 995 SR aluminum to go with the huge pile of 997 SR iron I have...

lol that just shows ya there is nothing to spend money on.. Ive done tons of testing and sure the high % ones have a bit more HP and decay with less of a tick... compared to a 45% exp one.. but the differences between a 99 and a 89 are soo tiny you need advanced math to figure um out and still then the % is soo small you might as well be beans on a scale vs feathers

I have built my business on two key principles:
1) People have money.
2) They should give it to me.

I cant believe anyone would spend 100k on a swoop. Did you hear back from anyone claiming they thought it was something special?
I sell my 96% swoops at 40k and they are gone, but it took a few weeks to sell the 4 I hand made. Kudos!
And lest anyone point to this post as evidence of greedy crafters, he raised prices to slow demand not make money. Adjustments of the price of a product to reflect all the costs to the producer is perfectly legitimate. I probably couldn't pull it off at this stage, but maybe some day...

I have never been a "greedy" crafter.
I've been refining my prices for over a year.
My base price is a factor of what I could sell the raw resources for plus a profit for crafting the item.
Then I adjust that base price based on demand.
If it sells out quickly, I raise the price until it slows to a level I'm comfortable with.
If it goes too slowly, I lower the price until it rises to a level I'm comfortable with.
People have more money than time so they can go somewhere else and get it cheap or come to me and get it now.
I had to stop selling swoops by the crate (at 50k) because people kept buying them faster than I could make them.
I've sold about 100 of them in the past couple of weeks at prices above 65k. Those were the 90%+ variety. The 'mundane' swoops sell for less and I sell lots of them, too.
About 4 months ago, I tried to get a little more money from them and raised my prices slightly. Sales slowed down so I dropped them back down about half the amount I had raised them and sales stabilized.
Now the down side is that I've been sitting in the Village for about a week because I haven't had time to really play so my swoop vendor is probably completely empty by now.
