Guys Can You name What the best metals to use and polymer to use for certain object it would be greatly appreiciated!!!

Copper is great for blasters because of high conductivity. I ususally use steel for anything else. I don't make any polymer items, so I'm not sure on that.

Right now Moviku aluminum is the best metal for anything heavily dependent on Overall Quality. All the polymers out there right now are pretty much garbage so take your pick.

It is dependant on what you are making, what planet you are on, what server you are on, and when. Resources are generated by the game engine on a rotating basis. Each has different qualities that you have to evaluate by surveying and sampling. Check your schematics and you will get information on what attributes of the resources are important (e.g. conductivity, overall quality, etc.). Then you have to match the best resources on your server at a given time.
