Just find a resource.. Unknown planet. These were great because I'd grab 2 before heading out to pay maint on harvesters and the trip would pay for itself.

I heard leveling your weapons skills increases dif. So, I made myself a scout blaster, and got to pistol 2, and went to get missions..

Now I'm getting all missionsthat are SAME REWARD, but give me a waypoint!

Survey missions don't give waypoints. All you have to do is survey the proper resource at least 512m away from the terminal. It doesn't matter where you find it as long as it's far enough away.

Sometimes they do give a destination instead of "unknown planet" but I've never actually gotten a real waypoint in my datapad from the mission. They seem to work exactly the same whether or not you got a destination listed when you took the mission.

You don't get waypoints - you have to find the resource yourself.

The "destination" is the location of the person who wants the resource, and you must find that resource more than 512m from that person to complete the mission.
