Can you still use the survey devices and place harvesters with no artisan skill?

You could probaly place harvesters randomlyI think.


Don't think you can survey without being artisan.

no, they fixed the taking artesan long enough to get the tools set to minimum range then dropping artesana dn having them still work exploit. (ExploitIS SOEs word for it..)
