ok i was wondering bout this for a lil while,

whats a pup power up thingy?

i think its called, pup attack action modifer?

or something along those lines.

anyone please help, i dont kno what this is?

ive been crafting them but dont know what they are?

That just reduces the action cost needed for special moves. It really could have a simpler name.
