Stuff I leaned last night!
Swoop - Fastest, Suppossidly no armor and decays fast
Speederbike - Mid range, decent speed, decent decay rate
Landspeeder - Decays nice and slow, drives nice and slow, but still faster then a mount, more economical.
HAM (select the vehicle and roll mouse over red ham bar)
Swoop - I am not sure of the MAX ham on this one is I havn't made many.
Speederbike - With good resources and experimentationmost people get a 2400 (92% or so). I belive MAX ham on this is 2500. Base ham seems to be 1k.

More HAM = Lasts Longer (take it to a garage in a major city to repair it).
Average prices that I am reading are about 20k. Fair price most crafters argue is fair is more around 30-40k or so. This is an arguable point and depends on how you get your resources.
