Thread: Can anyone get firework shows to work?

Is this a known bug I have just never heard about? I remember making fireworks shows not long after they came out and they worked fine. (manufacture fireworks... insert them into the show... launch a coreographed show) I never had much demand for them, so it's been a very long time since I made any. Recently got a large order and made about half of the order before testing one. none of them worked!
I bugged it and sent in a ticket twice...
me... "I created a large order of fireworks shows and cannot get any of them to launch. Is this a known bug?"
response one... "fireworks shows work like fireworks. Choose launch from the radial menu. Also check out our online database for other information on fireworks"
me... "I'm not a noob artisan or a holocrafter. I've been a master artisan since august. I'm well aware HOW to launch a fireworks show. They USED to work. I need to know why they don't work now."
response two..."I had trouble launching shows inside city limits. Try moving outside the city and launch them. Also check out our online database for other information on fireworks"
I would have been happy with a "this is a known bug and we are working on it" Don't csr's have the ability to check these things out?
By the way... there is nothing in the online DB about fireworks.
If you have ever made these things, please take a couple seconds in game and make one. If you cannot launch it, drop a bug report.

Yeah It dident work for me ether... I tried it when I was new and was very confused at the time as to why it wasent working. Now I know why...

There used to be a special way of getting them to work but i havent made any in ages
Try double clicking the actual display a few times i think thats how i did it
