/macro *
* - name of macro......keeps me online cause the stand/sit moves you a little....server drop is the only thing that gets me.....

I have a similar macro, surveys a little bit longer
/stand;
/sample;
/pause 150;
/sit;
/pause 120;
/ui action toolbarSlot13;
The pause after the sit allows me to regen action and start right back up.

how much exp doyou get off this and how much of an increase do you get a survey 1 vs survey 4 for getting good metals and fiberplasts?

what about twhen it asks you whetheer you want to concentrate on the soncentration etc....it stops the sampling until you answer!

yeah, what about that? you can throw a /healself in there too.
