Heavies are generally 12 or 13 BER (Base Extraction Rate) depending on architect experimentation success. That's the number of units the harvester would extract in one minute on a 100% concentration. For lower concentration (i.e. all of them) multiply that rate by the concentration percentage. So a 12 BER harvester on a 75% spot would pull up 12 * 0.75 = 9 units per minute, which is about 13k per day.

1. Use the corresponding harvester to the tool you used to survey for the resource you want to mine. Lokian Wild Wheat will come under flora.

2.Power consumption is based on the level of harvester, heavies run at a rate of 75 units of power per hour or 1800 a day.

Put as much in as you have spare, will save you from topping the power up all the time, or at least enough to cover the estimated spawn time. If its a fresh spawn I tend to put in 6 days worth and then come back to check it from there.

A typical spawn lasts approx. 6-12 days. You'll have to move them then by redeeding or switch to another resource on the current spot if you are lucky enough to still have a high concentration on something else you want.

3. You can retrieve whenever you want, 1 minute, 5 days, whatever. But limited to the hopper size, if it gets full, you'll stop mining, so try to empty every now and again depending on the hopper size of your harvesters. The amount you mine depends on the BER and concentration where you placed the harvester. Look at the KG/H when you've placed it and that will be the number of units you mine per minute.

4.The level of survey doesn't affect concentration levels only how far (distance wise) that you can survey. If you have survey 1 you have to survey run a few meters and resurvey, rinse and repeat until the percentage stops increasing. Survey 4 means you'll have to stop and start less frequently.

5. All harvesters, personal, medium or heavy take up one lot.

Tat Fiberplast is chemical, you won't be able to place harvesters too close to major cities. Go where you can find the highest concentration you are happy to mine with.
