Hello there. I am trying to use a macro to survery with but I am having trouble with it.

I use:

/stand

/survery

/pause 30

/ui actiontoolbarslot00

and I have the macro button in the upper left corner of my hotkey bar. But when it comes time to initiate the command /ui actiontoolbarslot00 i get the message "Subcommand not found"...why does it say this and is there anything else I can do to make the macro work.

/stand

/survery

/pause 30

/ui actiontoolbarslot00

Change /ui actiontoolbarslot00to /ui action toolbarslot00

Change /survery to /sample (

I presume you want to sample, not survey, otherwise, nm this)

Resulting in:

/stand;

/sample;

/pause 30;

/ui action toolbarslot00

I prefer using /m NameOfMacro though, your able to swap between your toolbar panes then.

Example:

/stand;

/sample;

/pause 30;

/m Sample

the S has to be capitalized in /ui action toolbarSlot00

I would place a pause between the stand and survey, so you can regen a little before surveying again

my tool keeps beeping and its stopping my sampling, anyone know the chat comand to ingore this?

Katmiag, what are you doing to that poor instrument to make it beep? The only thing it does is help you survey, it doesn't help with sampling. Are you trying to survey while you are sampling? If you have /survey as part of your sampling macro, that could be causing the beeping.
