Different fireworks make different effects-but they only tell you after you make it for some, and not at all for others(last time i checked). starburst, if you mean stars falling from the sky, that is a type 10 firework.

Hey All I was just wandering how to make the special fireworks like starburst. I have spoken with some peapol that have made them but they dont know how they make them.

They say that it comes from type 10 fireworks but how do one specialise a Fireworks???

Does that meen the the special fireworks come random?
