I am stuck on 346xp of Survey experience, I keep surveying and it says you gained like 27 or 37 but my xp does not go up I stay at 346. What have I done? Help.

Is there a trick to find higher percentage of materials that you are surveying. Like ore is it better like near a mountain range or anything like that... please i am new to the game and new to the artisan profession i just started and have the basic survey tool.. is there a better tool to use to survey with.

In my experience, it's blind luck!

Try looking on www.swgcraft.com which lists resources available by planets.

Unfortunately, on the planet itself, all resource of the same type is the same stats no matter where you find it. And the only way to find it is to keep surveying.

Don't forget that as you increase your Survey level, you can increase the range of your surveys, click on the tool and select the range option.
