Right got my head round the pricing but now for another question:
Im going to mine my own resources to build my bikes with, and I understand that you should look for Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metal with a high Shock Resistance. So I sampled some metals on Talus and came up with metals with the following stats:
Metal 1)
Overall Quality: 81
Shock Resistance: 881
Metal 2)
Overall Quality: 979
Shock Resistance: 595
So my question is this:
Which one would be better tobuild my bike with, the one with high SR but low OQ or the one with high OQ but medium(ish) SR. Or should I look for a metal with higher stats in both OQ and SR????? Will the very low OQ in number 1 affect the quality of my bike?
Thanks Guys and Gals,
N.

If the schmatic says the item uses shock resistance and only shock resistance, then thats all that matters. The OQ will have no effect at all.

Yes, high SR is all that matters... try to find metal with a higher SR that you got there, the 881 isn't bad.. but try to find some in the 900's.
