SO im a DE and im in trouble. Big suprise right? Well I have2 houses 3 factories and 3 heavy mines. I have stopped grinding so i cant gain exp. I cant build for cash because the only thing worth buying is the Probot and it isnt worth buying atm.2 weeks ago my bank account was at almost 1 millin creds. It was nice i was giving money away to friends and investing wisely and still making money. Im not bragging im sure there are people who are still making money and have more than i did. Not many but some. Im now seeing my death in the near future. All of the fees, energy, and material im putting out are killing me slowly.

I have been a huge supporter of this game. HUGE. Ive told people over and over. "Dont worry it will get better. The Devs are on it. They will fix it soon." I still think you will. But you arent going to do it fast enough to save me. So im left with a bleak future.

I need help. My friends have been sympatheic and helped where they can but i dont want charity or a csr to wave a magic money wand. I need you (the DEVS) to at the least fix the Probots. Get the certs in place. However you plan on doing it. Give me something to sell. PLEASE!

This is why I like the idea of a miner, and perhaps industrialist professiontoo. When we stop having something to make, we can just scale down our production and resource intake, keep costs under control, maybe dabble in some other things until they fix the profession, or we feel like coming back, whatever.

The way it is, harvesters are going to be the death of crafters.

You can always uproot your harvesters. Do missions to supplement your income. That's how I pay for my harvesters. I maybe on a whim whip up maybe 10 medical MSE's and throw them on the bazaar. But that's not gonna pay the bills.

Sounds like you overstretched yourself a little bit. Welcome to the recession, SWG has it too. :\

As mentioned above, you can always pull up harvesters that you don't need. I have 5 mediums, 2 personals and a solar that I do something I like to call "burst runs" with. I'll plant them all on something I need a lot of, run them for about a week until I have an insane stockpile, and then yank them back up and recover the deeds (only the Solar stays down full time). I'll keep them in deed form until I start running low on something, go drop them on that... lather, rinse and repeat.

Besides, you shouldn't be going THAT broke if you had a million credits. Keeping all of the above running shouldn't be costing you more than 9-10K/day.

swgcraft.com has schmatics for classes and current resource spawns. If you want cheap resources buy a bunch of harvestors and mine them yourself, buying stuff is much more expensive.
