Thread: Post CU Surveying and WP BUG

All of my WP's have vanished. Anyone else having this problem? Also, when I survey, I do not get a wp, blue triangle, WP arrow, or the blue column. If I look at the tool, it shows me the concentrations but that is all. If there is a work around for this let me know what it is. If I can not resolve this I am going to loose at least 10 heavy mineral harvesters. They are in the middle of nowhere on Talus. I have tried logging, traveling, changing the view, and a few other things but it was no help. If surveying wasn't bugged too I could track them down that way.

I have lost all my waypoints too 
I submitted a bug report. We will just have to wait and see what happens

When I'm on Corellia, (home planet) I had no w/p's in the data pad. I traveled to Rori to check some Harvies and had the w/p's for them. But could not access one that was set by my alt, but my alt was still on admin list of the ones I could. When I traveled back to Corellia, my w/p's were gone again, all of them! Strange!!!!!!

There is a known WP issue. I'm not sure when it is supposed to be fixed.
The waypoints are not gone, but rather are not displaying properly. In some cases traveling to another planet then back again will make them reappear. It is being worked on.

Basically what Guru said. I've found 3 things that seem to make my waypoints come back:
- Travel to a different planet
- Take a shuttle somewhere
- Die and clone
Alternatively, if I can see my waypoints and do any of those three things the waypoints disappear again. However, none of the methods causes the waypoints to disappear/reappear 100% of the time.
When trying to find my harvestors I just flew to the city I knew to be closest to them, shuttled back and forth between the starport and one of the shuttleports in that city until my waypoints came back, and then made my harvestor run.

Your waypoints still show up on the planetary map. Just not in your datapad.

New waypoints can be made and will show up without your stored ones.
