Does anyone know if a command exists to convert a harvester usinga harvester conversion kit (i.e., the 90-day veteran reward)?

You mean the self-powered harvester thing?
Place the harvester.
If you have a self-powered kit in your inventory you will get an option to use it on the harvester's radial menu.
Once you re-deed the harvester, you will get the kit back.
I do not know what will happen if you destroy the harvester rather than re-deed it.

Yah, it be cool if there was a slash command to attach the deed so you could add it as a step in your macro (that you use to name, add maint, add admins, etc.) but I don't think there is one now

Yes, this is what I mean. I would like to modify a macro I have to place my harvester. This is the last little thing I need to take care of.
