1. When you're using a deed to build, does the yellow field with black diaganol lines mean that you can't build your installation there?

2. If you place a mineral harvester out in the middle of nowhere and ignore it, will it eventually be destroyed, or will it still use up 1 plot of your land so you have to go out there and destroy it?

The yellow stripes means no you cant build there you need a place where it shows the terrain and move it around there till your what ever shows up with green stripes that means you can place it there.

If you totaly forget a structure it wears down and wears down, and eventualy collapses. you get a nice mail and your lot back but it takes quite awhile to happen. you also lose everything that was in it at the time.
