I have gotten this a few times and here is what I have discovered.

Once they roll out the new resources for a Planet and if you happen to be ONLINE when this happens, you get the resource density too low no matter what % the resource is. This is only for the "New: resources...you can sample the old ones just fine.

Ok, I tried /quitting...no go....then I tried /sit /logout...still no go (interesting sidenote, I did /logout....waited the 30 seconds...went and did something for 10 minutes and came back. When I logged in my chat box stated "You are no longer marked as AFK"...hmmm, isn't /logout supposed to disconnect you from the server pretty much immediately?) When I figured out that /logout had not disconnected me from the server I did it again and left it for an hour....Viola! Now I can sample the new resources...I spammed around asking people and they were still banging their heads against the wall....I passed on my notes to them and it worked as well. This HAS to be a BUG and I have bugged it.
