I've noticed that I can sell a ton of power-ups for 250 creds and they go like lightning (maybe because they're 33%/16% but okay). But the reason I think is because they get used up so fast. They only have 50 charges, which means you cant use them very long. Well anyway, my question is, do you think there would be a better market if items decayed faster?

Yes. Especially clothing.

I'm able to sell out on weapon repair tools at 990cr. 5 charges.

Weapon power ups, repair tools and ore for the architects have always been my best sellers. I periodically drop personal harvester deeds on the bazaar for 3000cr and although they don't sell fast they do sell steadily.
