I dont get it i have exactly 8 structures: 3 med mineral harvs, 1 solar thingamabober, 2 chemical whatchamacallits, a tatooine small house, and an even smaller generic med house. With that understood it says i have exactly 0 lots remaining did they make it so the max is 8 or do houses take up 2 lots a piece, also i have a vendor in the generic house does that mean anything? PLEASE HELP WHY CANT I USE THE OTHER 2 (a long time ago in a galaxie far far away i had a gas extractor and another chem extractor but i just let them die and destroyed their waypoints did that cause some sort of error where i cant use the spaces that they were taking up?)

You answered your own question. Yes houses take up 2 lots. The only small one that does is one of the naboo style houses, not sure which one. It is the exception and only takes up 1 lot.

I think it's style 1 that only takes 1 lot. Not sure if it's a bug though. If you have 1 lot remaining and try to place it, it won't let you. If you have 2 left you can, and then you can place another structure afterwards. Strange, but what isn't in this game?
