but anyway.. it only happens on Tatooine, and only a certain part of it. I believe the Mos Entha or whatever race on tatooine takes you through a zone that does that.

I'm not sure how many planets it happens on, but it happens when your altitude drops below 0. Watch the center number under your radar, when it hits -1 you do a wheelie and you'll stay that way until you hit +1 again.

Hehe... acually it happens to me all the time on naboo.. any time im going up an incline that lvls off it happens.. i can drive around in circles and it stays up like that. Its not like its game breaking by any streatch and it doesnt slow ya down but it does look really silly driving verticlly : P
and btw.. the first post... blame it on the beer and 3am

Yeah, I think there are "spots" that it happens too. I had to do that Tatooine race twice and both times at the same spots my swoop went up like that.

yeah, I forgot that it happens coming off the cliff just east of Theed if you go off at an angle.. But I did play around with it on Tat, and every time the altimiter drops beloe zero, speeders go vertical - kinda like they're trying to climb a near-vertical cliff.

usually just stopping for a while will fix it, just sit for a second then keep going.

Oh its repeatable alright 
The line I take from Lake Retreat to my guild hall (several times a day) has me up on end a fifth of the way. I can get out, fight something, and the vehicle will stay up like that until I get out of the area.
