Thread: Question thread for Wendesday, May 19
Sorry Guru, but I just dont see TH answering any other question except with the "There are no current plans to further enhance Master Artisans at this point." phrase until after JTL. They're just too busy with they're new money makers to bother with us. /Sigh
But I would put this out for consideration :
1) Harvester Placement - give the ability to place harvestrers on more varied terrain.
2) Maybe some different paint schemes on the vehicles. Other than color, all trim and main sections are the same

When will Harvestors only be certified for ARTISAN and the ELITE ARTISAN professions.
This is an artisan issue because all other crafting professions require artisan.
I dont think the other question about elite crafting professions being dependant on MASTER ARTISAN for a few components. Why should a solider buy a weapon from a weaponsmith if he should just build it? WHy should a soldier buy armor from a armorsmith if he can just build it? I mean that question to me is obviously from someone who ISNT a master artisan and is a dabbler and he used his skill points to master in 3 elite crafting proffessions instead of 2 + Master Artisan.
If your all going to come ont his thread and vote for a question that is not in favor of the proffession its being asked for SPARE US.
Im a Master Artisan/Weaponsmith/Armorsmith and no way would I argue that as a weaponsmith or armorsmith i need to rely on master artisan for a few components. It makes sense to me. It makes sense that a droid engineer has to rely on master artisan as well. It makes sense to me that a Armorsmith has to rely on Tailer for some components. It makes sense to me that a chef has to rely on scout/ranger. It makes sense that a medic needs to also rely on scouts/rangers.
Go back to your profession and stop trying to obfuscate us into problems that dont pertain to artisan and bring it up with your ELITE CRAFTING profession correspondant.
And if the ARTISAN correspondant is going to even take into consideration such a question you should be called a traitor and be publically executed appropiatly.
You need to remember all crafting professions are not based off of artisan. The medical professions require a lot of resource and being left out of your solution here

Ok friends. Our question of May 5th has been answered.
Let us now consider, once more, our question for the next round.
Might I suggest that we do not send:
1) Harvester Certs
2) Enhancements to Master Artisan/Survey line
Might I suggest we consider sending:
1) Can we get Artisan Mission Terminals to scale with artisan level, not combat level?
2) Can we get Vehicle details in the deed? Can we get the deed to resemble the vehicle (Like what was done recently with Droids)?
3) Your thoughts here....
Go to it folks. Thunderheart has not told me when to have the next question in by, so we may not have much time.
Take care,
Vehicle details in deeds.
That will promote sales.
Peoplemight actually upgrade their 1.6K ham bike for a 2.4K ham bike if they knew what the HP was

Why are the harvester certification opponents bringing up Sinist'sposts of over a week ago and responding to these posts in multiple threads?
It's as if they would rather use Sinist, whom it is difficult for me not to personally attack for his rudeness, as a straw man rather than respond to the posts of some of the more polite proponents of harvester certification.
It's interesting that this is becoming a harvester certification thread again...this time at the hands of the opponents. I'm fairly certain that this isn't what we need to be discussing in this particular thread. Though I will be happy to debate you on the topic if you will address my posts rather than Sinist's.
Well because sinist is rude and everrwhere he is rude it needs to be pointed out and dealt with
Scooter,
Sinist has left these boards. And if he wasn't fabricating, he has quit the game. No loss imo.
But please don't think that just because you do have the right to be concerned about issues that affect you that certification should not be given serious consideration and perhaps implimented. Because it just makes sense. And the survey line of artisan is that line most associated with gathering inorganics. So it is a logical place to put certifications if such are created.

Also organics. Medic, Doctor, Combat Medic, BE and chef have to make heavy use of harvested organics that are not creature related. Armor Smiths now need wood for wookie armor also.
