I think your top 5 looks good. I just returned to the game yesterday and Iam still getting settled. Ive not encountered any of the bugs that annoyed me before so Iam happy atm.

How about a market for Novice Artisans.


Firstly we make a good selection of crafting and survey tools but they neither decay nor seem to make any difference on end result if you experiment on.


Experimentation on survey tools does nothing.


Experimentation on crafting tools gices you a nice little bonus that seems to make no difference to items crafted with them or an unexperimented version.


Survey tools are as effective at 100% condition as 40% and I've heard (but haven't died enough yet) that they still work at 0% thus making both decay and experimentation useless on them.


What's with all the dice?


They don't work either very well and why so many?


I could go on, there just seems to be soooo many small things not right with the schematics we have

Hi,



Ijust wanted to ask how do we get milk? (what from or what do we need to get it do we need something to get it). Bio guys need milk and eggs ...etc and are willing to pay good for milk so i guess if i know how to get it i will.


(or make a machine to get it i will).

Survey range is not accurate. At Master Artisan, I consistently get surveys ranging from 150m-220m, even though my survey tools are set to the 320m range. I've never had a survey range beyond about 220m. What's the point of a 320m setting if we aren't going to get a 320m survey?

Further, I'd like to see a +30 Surveying offerered at Master Artisan, giving us an even further survey range. We should get some benefit to Mastering the profession, and this would be a big one.

The top 5 looks ok, I just want to add one gameplay issue (maybe as number 6?):


Withdraw the embarrasing schematics for the speeders, replace them with some properly made and well thought through schematics with multiple subcomponents. As an example, you already have to be MA to make a Control Unit and Energy Distributor.Currently the speedersare about as complicated to make as a Fishing Pole which seems somewhat out of flavor and style...


The schematics should be experimented on for speed and durability at least. Optional components (e.g. which can increase speed) could be supplied by Droid Engs, that would give some value to their proffesion as well.


And please don't ever repeat such an embarrasment unless you want to remove every shred of a feeling for actually CREATING something, which is actually what the Artisans are there for. If this is representative for the Dev's view on the value of the Artisan proffesion we are looking towards a bleak future...But I hope we are there for a greater purpose that "necessary evil".


(yes I know they rushed to get it out before the holidays, but I don't think that is a goodexcuse)

Along with what's already being said:


- BAZAAR: forget marking (*) for premium auctions, just make the bazaar taxcheaper... the (*) will never worth the price, but if we pay, say1/3 or 1/2 of the regular auction tax for being a Businees IV... that can be a bit better.


-HARVESTERS should warn when they go offline (lack of power, lack of maintenance, change ofsoil properties,...) not only when they are about to blow.


- SURVEY: more than 320m radius (special equipment, droids (?))

or

- SURVEY from a mounted position

Suggestion, do you suppose it's possible to increase the maximum number of units in a block of resources from 100k to maybe 250k or even 500k? This would save a lot of a people a lot of storage space and it would also be beneficial to the overall performance of the servers since there will be less "items"in the database.
