It's used to regenerate force powers in Jedi. A long time ago, in a game far, far away, they would tell you what professions to master in order to become a Jedi. As for worth....100-500K depending on your galaxy.

Jedi can "use" it to instantly get back to full force. Disapears after use, only use 1 every 24 hours
