Yea I can see the "suits" making that sort of decision. Many of us, especially those in the IT or another technical field, are beset by people making decisions who have a) no trust of you or what you say or b) no concept of reality as it applies to that particular thing/aspect.
I see more and more evidence daily that people who wear a business suit to work are leeches. They do nothing productive and survive off the work of others.
