As far as warping on dismount, this is just about 100% replicable.
Be absolutely stationary -- make sure youv'e stopped for a couple seconds -- when you mount the bike, then drive around for a while and get off.
Next, be autorunning or holding down a move key when you mount the bike, then drive around for a while and get off.
I can replcate -- or avoid -- the warp absolutely every time.
I'm not sure ifthis is related to the "bike cloning" bug or the "jump back 30 m. getting up from prone" bug, I can't get those to happen every time.

Both of these happen to me frequently and at no particular time an place.
My vehicle will still auto-store from time to time too.
This is very annoying when you're out walking around to find the best spot for a harvester and end up having something aggro on you so you run back to your bike only to find that somebody has jacked it.
Maybe pure crafters should be given extra skill points to be able to defend ourselves since the game has no problem griefing us.
Another issue I'd like to see addressed is so the thing doesn't start smoking and bursting into flames so early. There's still like 50% condition on the thing when it starts to smoke. That's just annoying. They burn out too quickly as it is, at least let us drive around on them in peace before we have to get them repaired just so we don't have to watch ourselves through the flames.
I would propose 30% smoke, 20% flames, 10% more flames. That still gives you plenty of time to find a place to repair it, especially now that player city garages are online.

I've never had a problem with repairs reverting.. but the warp dismount can really get to me.
I've noticed that when you warp dismount, it happens about the same distance for a certain amount of time.
It also seems to coincide with sitting in chairs. (You know how you sit down and then slide away from your seat?)
Maybe the problem is in the sitting function and not so much the vehicle.

OMG that makes so much sense, I can see that being a possible issuse with the bikes.

Ive never experienced bug 1 but i have bug 1 i get it alot certainly not as much as i get this 1: im riding around nad want to stop at my house or where ever im going i enter/exit vehicle and i sometimes wark with my bike then wark back to the place i dismounted or just my char warks away sometimes its as bad as 1km away unless i stop 4 about 10secs before i get offor use my macro (/wave; /pause 0.25;
/dismount) no wthat i think about it i have loads of buggs small but annoying: when i dismount my bike drives in cricles stoping about 10m away from where i sdismouned from i stand nxt to my bike open the radial menu and no enter/exit vehicle is there just store and examine i have to move a bit hen try agen a couple of times b4 i can get on it......
there is no set time that it happens it happens at anytime im on Infinity and, at most of teh time im on talus either in dearic or in Iron vella guild city

the warping bug is still there 
really bad on laggy planets... like dantooine.... even at full stop I still warp ahead then FAR behind my stoping point...
