I don't know why I keep opening lame threads about jetpacks.I guess it's the same morbid fascination that I get whenI drive by a nasty car accident. I don't "want" to look, but I HAVE to !

I agree. I would hate to see the mandalorien armor in play since boba fett in the story huntrs down the ones who uses them and it is very very few left of those armors.

if it comes every single character able to wear it would do so. wich would detroy the cool side about that piece of armor

That was stupid. Boba Fett is the best of the best. No one can touch him, so you shouldnt be as good as him

the only people against bh being fixed seem to be non-bh , they all seem to like the fact that bh is a joke as a proffesion...bountyhunters are dangerous and feared characters in the star wars universe. somehow all the non-bh love the fact that our state effects never stick, and that we have no traps that work in pvp peroid on human or creature, not to mention we have the all powerfull llc which is heavily resisted by just about everything known in the galaxy

bh are severely underpowered especially when faced with a pvp environment filled with templates <which btw the cap did lil to fix>

bh need to be more of a threat and need to be taken more seriously given the fact it takes nearly all their pts to master bh .... soe shouldve waited nother couple years to go live...im seriously sick of paying for the privilage of beta testing...

BH should get fixed, and it should get a special perk at MBH, but I don't think jetpacks is a good idea for that perk....

Besides, if something like jetpacks were added, there's a good chance that too many people would want to be MBH just so they could fly around, even if it means using almost all their skill points.

Meh, I say if they're added it's for master BH only. I also like the idea for the mandalorian armor only being master BH and you have to quest for it, not some loot drop, that'll suck. I think to avoid this fear of everyone wanted to be a BH, just give some other professions their own armor as well. Do some concept art, customize the armor, and have a ranger get some light armor so it wouldn't slow them down in tracking, rifleman, carbineer and pistoleer something with some defense on it. Mandalorian should be one of the better ones defensively I beleive as we're short changed in the defense department already. Maybe medic professions have a type of armor as well that has good mind protection, things of that nature. And once again, BH armor should have decent to low hams and be pretty protective, cause we have no defense and our profession puts us more directly in harms way ona daily basis. And if jet packs come in, should only be able to go up so high, as cool as it would be to run from roof top to roof top, that will not happen as the QA testing department would kill us all because that's a lot of collision detection to worry about all of a sudden. However if the jetpack only went up a few meters, and was more to move around a target fast, so their accuracy was off while you're flying, that'd be sweet, that or for a fast getaway.
