Buy a Fusion generator, costs alot up front but will power 9 mediums and if you are on a good PE radioactive can even power 9 heavy harvesters. I personally run two fusions during a spawn of High PE radioatives for that week then pull them both and use the resulting energy to power 8 heavy harvesters for a month.
