And let me thenask one last time: Do you guys know if it is still possible to make these powerups? or do you know if assembly taps will make it possible to get this 33%+ as primary stat?

Don't fret anyway. For most melee people the reducedHAM cost is a far bigger blessing than an increase to max damage. It is certainly a different scenario than with ranged weapons.
