step 1: Get resources needed. (Steel, Alu, AV-21 Powerplant and an AV-21 schematic).
step 2: Learn schematic (click on it and select)
step 3: Use crafting tool near a crafting station (private would be best)
step 4: combine all the resources
step 5: experiment, cross fingers for a good %
step 6: check that your not on practice mode
step 7: check again
step 8: make your av-21 deed
(optional) step 9: sell the deed for 3 million
(optional) step 9: Paint and drive making "vrooom" noises

2) Trade for one (see above for approx. trade values)
3a) Run the corvette with 9 super uber buddies who have ran it before and ask for the powerplant
3b) Craft one using Powerplant and Schematic (both found on corvette)
