Are you trying to set up multiple weapons to equip in order and attack with each one? If so you need to drag each weapon to a toolbar slot and try the following:
/ui action toolbarSlot00; <----Slot00 is F1
/pause 1; <----------------------Adjust to give the weapon enough time to be equipped.
/ui actioncycleTargetOutward;
/attack; <-----------------------Or replace with whatever atteack you want.
/pause 3; <----------------------Adjust to give the weapon enough time to hit as needed.
/ui action toolbarSlot01; <----Slot00 is F2
/pause 1; <----------------------Adjust to give the weapon enough time to be equipped.
/ui actioncycleTargetOutward;
/attack; <-----------------------Or replace with whatever atteack you want.
/pause 3; <----------------------Adjust to give the weapon enough time to hit as needed.
Copy as many times as needed, just changethe Slot##'s to your different weapons. I use a toolbar for each weapon, that way I can set up for specials on each individual weapon. Works like a charm! Especially when you want to get multiple weapon XP. Good luck!

Since Concussion shot is being fixed to be a true mez I was curious as to how I would make a macro expressing my action on the current target. I have what I want to say and the shot itself in the macro,but I dont know how to say *my target is mezzed* I thought it was %T but it won't ever let me use that. Does anyone know?

For the love of all Everquest fairies, please don't mention "mezzing" in the macro.

What I am afraid is of the clusterf*cks that happen occasionally in the GCW battles. Im pretty ocnfident I can make a macro for an AOE mez and get my squad/guildmates on the ball, but I am afraid of those guys hwo run to a recruiter when they see action coming and opening up a heap of trouble as those nerfherders come to get revenge on the one who held up their gank fest.

/ui action cycleTargetOutward should work, it works for me.
If there is not another target within your viewing field you won't target anything new and will be stuck on the last thing you targeted.
Try
/ui action TargetSelf;
/ui action cycleTargetOutward;
