As I said before, I love this idea....

But leave it to these guys to forget to implement it!!

what do you mean, "if you had actually downloaded the patch", you cant start the game without getting it? Why not try to be helpful.

I still don't see it. I'm not at a crafting station (although it should be possible anywhere).

Like this...
If you have the correct software version 55436.0, you see this number on the splash screens when you start the game, and you dont see the practice check box, reboot your machine and reconnect. That's what I had to do to get the patch to install, even after i saw the correct version number.

Good solution twerent !

Works fine now, but still doesn't appear to work with the nextCraftingStage createPrototype macros. Oh well

twerent,

If you start the game before they release the latest patch, then you get in without the latest patch. Once again, download the patch before claiming the patch didn't do something.

I see mentions of checkPractice and buttonPractice, but can't see to get any of those to work with the macros. Perhaps they didn't put in macro commands for practicing. I'll continue to do more hunting and pecking.

It's not a nerf, it's a fix. The Devs intended 10% from the get go. Why should you get all the xp for having a machine do your work?

Lets be clear about this. Midway through beta 3 factory XP was dropped to 10%. It was never brought back up to 100% until beta 4 (aka release). In Beta 3, prior to the change, with enough resources, you could become a master in several days. Does anyone really think they intended to switch back to 100% once they released and needed to keep us from levelling too fast and getting bored and quitting the game?

As far as practice goes ... If it reduces the amount of low quality items on the bazaar, then I'm all for it.
