Well, I've been collecting these, and last night I putsome attachments in a piece of clothing. From what I observed, it worked for me.

I believe the bug with these is they do not adjust your stats when first added. Knowing this before I started, I removed my peice of clothing... having no effect on my stats, then added the attachments and re-equiped everything. My stats were then higher.

Unfortionatly, I think the bug will still give you problems when you log in fully equiped because even if all your enhanced cloths are equiped, it'll set your stats back to their defaults. However, you can unequip, log off, log on, and thenequip to fix.

This is just how I understand it to work for now. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I hear if you train with them on your new skill will not increase by the correct ammount so alwasy rmeove the clothing before you go up a skill box.. or the +10 your new skill is giivng you might only be worth +7

I have added one to a jacket I have. But it's only a +1. While it does show on the skill bonuses, that doesn't necessarily mean it's working like it's supposed to...

Hey Indada, gimme a /tell sometime!

I found a couple of Skill-Enhancing Attachments. But how and where do I use them?

I also have a pair of boots saying theres two slots left - does that have something to do with it?

I believe that there are TWO types of Skill-Enhancer. One of them looks like a roll of duct tape (kinda), the other looks like an armor plate.

The duct tape skill mod can be placed on any slotted piece of clothes. I've heard that you can't be wearing the clothes at the time, but when you do attach it, it's just click and drag.

The armor piece, from what I've heard, is bugged (go fig). I heard that it's supposed to go on backpacks, but I think it's supposed to go on slotted armor. Of course . . . there aren't any slotted armors. Although there ARE slotted backpacks. Of course, dragging something onto a backpack just puts it INTO the backpack!

So, if you can figure out how to use the armor-style mod . . . let us know. Otherwise, stick it in the bank until it get fixed.

Hope this helped.

Oki, thx Griffin.

I have both kinds, so I suppose I can test the duct tape thingy. The armor plate looks like the attachment you build armor with, so Iguees it should go there - But who knows what kind of drug the dev was on when he made it?
