If no one approaches your vendor, which causes the server to load the vendor at which point it goes back and updates XP from the last time it was loaded, you will see no XP.

So if you are Holo-Merchanting or just starting out and don't have much to sell, you need to visit your vendor every day or so.

This was fixed in the December publish and has been tested multiple times. I am not sure why some people are still not getting XP. Is the maintenance paid up? Vendor is initialized properly and everything?

You might try deleting a vendor and putting down a new one to see if the vendor is just bugged somehow. It should be working properly now.

Your vendor does still stop giving XP when it isn't loaded but when it loads it gives you all the xp you should have gotten since the last time it updated.

Without fail, I can go for days without getting XP. I go back to my house and after about 5 minutes I recieve all my back XP. The only thing I have on my Vendors are power and some Architect odds and ends from before my other characters Holo said Commando. The last time I visited my house I recieved over 9,000 XP. I don't believe it was fixed completely.

It's still a little buggy. It still comes in dribs and drabs. Happened to me last night, too. But you still get the xp, it just doesn't apply it until it gets "created" sometimes. That happens.

No no.. that WAS the fix. The change to the code was to make it so that when the vendor loads it catches up to the xp it is supposed to have generated. There is no way for it to generate the xp while it isn't loaded. This is why you get the XP when you go to your place and the vendor loads. The problem before was that it wasn't generating XP unelss the vendor was loaded EVERY HOUR.. any hour that the vendor never got loaded in was skipped.

Well yeah, I'm just warning that just because it was fixed, doesn't mean you'll always get it every hour, which I sometimes still do.

It was my 4th Holo too. I'll be finishing it in the next couple of days.

I considered myself lucky to have gotten it because it takes no work whatsoever. Just place vendors and wait. In the meantime, just master more professions.

Yea its my third holo too... i am 4414 now started january 23rd

I went and put up a bunch of ber 9 windmills and sold the power for 1.2 credits a unit

went up the additional merchant and first tree to 3002. then i went to all the major planets (naboo; tatooine and corellia) and setup power vendor and sold power. (WARNING: peeps will try to buy you out fast for selling power so low so trickle your power to the vendors each day i have 300k in researve just to feed my vendors daily)

Good luck the only profession worse then this is politician hehe am 4344 with my other character =P
