I have to agree that it's not a simple issue of double power. My own harvesters are using double power, I've been checking them careful for two days now and the personals are definitely using 1200 power per day. This is on harvesters placed pre-patch, and it's not display-only, it's actual power used

But my husband's harvesters appear to be using =less= power than normal, he estimates about half of normal. So I don't know what the heck is going on.
