somethings always bugged me about these powerups, you have no real control over what stats are effected. if your a rifleman who switches to unarmed when the mob gets close, a 33% point blank bonus isn't gonna do squat!

also, i never really noticed any diffrence between the types, a scope or stock, which are near the top of the tree dont seem to be any better really than a barrel or something at the bottom, whats the diff?
