last time i sold a powerplant i got 1.7mil and this was selling to someone who then resells on a vendor (a few wekes ago on naritus) the actual av's seme to still be fetching 2.5mil usually altohugh occasionally you see tmhe being sold cheaper, ive yet to se eoen offered for less than 1.5mil on any server and 500k for the powerplant is a bargain, jsut make sure you use the best possible resources, and chef foods to stop crit fails (also go to a reasearch centre to make it)

frm what i understand anyone cna get the bonus fomr a researhc cente if they craft within its boundries, the downside is youd have to be a citizen to get access to a private station ther (other than one on a droid)(well have bene given zoning rights at elast) you coudl still get the bonus with a droid crafting station (ie one in a droid) but a top end priavet staiton in a house wodul still be better even out of the research centre
