Which is why I use 14.88 tools myself 
Even if its small I'll take it. I didnt know the droids were considered 0's. So the question from that point, unless this becomes a DE forum question, is what am i doing when i experiment the crafting module in a droid? The one that Im using in my crafting droid has been experimented up to 83%. Which was why I believed they were better then 0.
