All he has to do is create a ticket, explain that he has recently been made aware that the AV-21 is considered exploited and request that it is replaced with an AV-21 with normal HAM.

nope you cannot redeed vehicles and i think that guy was confusing it with something else. only structures and ships can be redeeded.

He didn't say he had redeeded it. He said undeeded; he was talking about creating it for the first time.

wow that is totally lame that the CSR did that. i have heard some very unflattering things about them lately, im sure not all but just a few bad apples can spoil the bunch.
I for one have never had a bad experiance with them soo i wont say anything bad, but some stories just make me shudder.
Did you ask him why if you where exploiting then why would you report yourself?? i mean come on thats just plain stupid logic. If i were you i would get on the phone and call up SOE and tell them what happened. you are much more likely to get a favorable responce over the phone. than you would ingame. If that dont work i would ask to speak with the old supervisor. I dont know your history soo im not gonna even speculate, but if in the past there where problems, that could ahve something to do with it. But again i would give um a call and try to straiten up this mess.
I have a freind that was at the starport the other night wearing comp and a csr threatend to ban her if she didnt take it off imediatly cause she wasnt buffed.I was shocked seeing i cant count the amount of times ive seen someone in comp sitting in line waiting for a buff, or at the cantina or just logged in or what ever.. to me thats totally rediculous, even though i dont wear comp, havent for 6 months,, mabari and chitin all the way baby /grin i could care less if someone had it one, the ham costs kill um and using 3 speicals they would incape themselves,, i dont know some times i just dont get it.. there are true exploits and then there are ones that well tecniclaly are but banable? come on if thats the case why not ban everyone for using the vehicle repair bug.. heck if the thing was out and you died and cloned it repaired.. should i be baned for that /smile?

40k ham swoops are very popular with jedi. i have seen quite a few jedi who exploits their swoops

went to forums did live support and got told to talk to a csr, finally in the end all I can say is if I treated customers like this I would fired I was called a liar and accused of exploiting even though it was I not anyone else reporting a bug so be wary of dealing with csr's and your speeders.
I dont trust the csr's in this gameperiod. They are the biggest bunch of incompatent screwups that ever carried the title of csr (and i've been in a lot of mmorpg's) Sony should get rid of the lot of them and start over with people who 1) care about the game, 2) who actually read, 3) care about the people playing yes, care about the people playing... if we dont play sony doesnt get money

I would imagine so. Theoretically Test Center is just like any other server with the exception that they receive updates about a week before everyone else. An exploit is an exploit regardless of what server you're on.

I don't know if y'all have seen this or not, but all the 40k vehicles on TC have 'magically' become 1500 HAM vehicles just recently.
I had a few in my datapad (from testing the exploit, honest) and they are all 1500 HAM now.
Don't know when this will go live, or whether it will go live in this fashion.
Consider this a head's up.

Interesting... did you check the hitpoints on a "normal" vehicle as well? I would hope that they wouldn't just cut all vehicles down to 1500 hitpoints across the board, but stranger things have happened.

Hehe WOOT seams like a fix is in order, just wait for the crys from the exploiters getting thre vehicle nerfed to total crap i love it !
