I reported this to CSR twice. I've lost 22 kits so far to this bug with no help from CSR.

This is what I posted on another thread and basically what I told CSR:

I'm having trouble with my kits disappearing.

I ran some in my factory. The first time (9-4-05) I pulled two crates out (one with 25 and one with 15 items). Once they were in my inventory, I began uncrating them. As I uncrated them, they began to autostack. I noticed that they were not adding up. I stopped when I noticed that I had a crate of 23 kits and only had 8 kits in the stack. This hardly added up to 40 kits. I put ina ticket with CSR at this point.

I got the canned response saying that we apologize but we cannot do anything for you and sorry for the inconvenience. My ticket was closed.

It just happened to me again. this time I lost 13 kits in the same manner. This makes 22 kits at 1500 asteroid resources each that I've lost. Asteroid resources on my server are worth 70 to 120 CPU.

I put in another ticket asking for help. All I want is to recover my resources. How can I get someone to help me?

Another thing bugged on these is that when they autostack, they lose the name you put on them. I named mine with my vendor wp and they became generic after they autostacked.

Yes I have experienced this same bug I made a crate of 25 kit pulled a stack of 4 from this crate then when I spilt that I only got 2 kits from the crate of 4 .. not only that when I tried to restore my Barc I did'nt get an option to restore the Barc

why put them in factory crates when you can just make them Then stack them would seem alot better yes ?

no ?..... why waste 750 units of material of each item

because some of us are not master artisans. some of us have a friend make the schematic for us, then learn of this (very expensive) bug
